• Contact a Customer Service Specialist by either calling 213-891-1553 or e-mailing us at customersupport@CubicJewelry.com to obtain a Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice.
• Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including invoice. In the case of diamonds, enclose the original copy of the matching or identifying certificates.
• If the product you're returning included a special offer or a "gift with purchase," return that item as well, or you may choose to have the cost of that item subtracted from your refund.
• Ship your package insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express to the address.
